Train Youth - This is actually a little misleading, because youth tend to train themselves. We offer opportunities, incentives and encouragement to train. It is our goal to provide world class training that inspires courageous vision. We will succeed if this training has tangible, measurable, lasting, and positive value in the lives of the youth we serve.

Grow Community - We live in a world where true community is rapidly disappearing. In the Cape Fear region, development pressures are splintering the fabric of many established communities. Our vision is to strengthen the bonds of these communities, while leading by example in the creation of a new community. We look at the description of the first church in Acts, and Jesus? vision of the future church in John 17. These are two benchmarks of community Onelife strives strive for.

Steward Creation - According to the Bible, God has given us dominion over the earth. Romans 1:20 teaches that God's eternal power and divine nature are understood through the witness of Creation. We believe that the enemy wants to destroy this witness. We think the church has done a poor job in exercising Christ like dominion. At Onelife we believe that care for Creation, fueled by a passion for the Creator, should be reflected in every stewardship decision we make.
