Tree Climbing
What better way to get into the canopy of a huge tree than using a rope and harness. Each camper will have the opportunity to climb in one of our big beautiful trees, and experience the thrill of standing in the canopy. Our staff is trained to use the safest climbing system available for recreational climbing. There have been no injuries reported in over 27 years using this system. All this adds up to one fantastic adventure.
Obstacle Training
This course will keep kids active by stimulating their brains and their bodies through this exciting obstacle course. Campers compete against their own times on the course to try to improve throughout the week.
Physical Training
Kids learn gentle and challenging ways to stretch and strengthen their bodies to encourage daily exercise for staying healthy. Keeping their bodies stretched out and increasing their strength will help keep campers ready for the challenges we give them.
Field Games
Field games give campers the opportunity to run and play hard in the outdoors. Activities will include ultimate Frisbee, water battles, and lots of running in big open spaces. Our staff teaches good hydration to maxamize playing ability.
Canoeing
Campers will experience beautiful pristine waters up close from a canoe. Town Creek’s flat calm water and amazing beauty is a great place for paddling and enjoying the creation. Our staff are certified ACA Coastal Kayak Trip Leaders.
Nature Studies
The Cape Fear region is one of the most biologically diverse areas on the eastern seaboard. By studying the ecology right around us, campers will learn to understand the unique beauty that surrounds us here at home. You don’t have to go to Africa to go on safari!
Cool Bible Topics
Six Days of Creation, Noah and the Flood, and Dinosaurs are a few of the great topics discussed during Bible Class. Lots of hands on activities included. During past camps several of the campers said this was their favorite class!

Campers learn some basic skills and knots that will give them the confidence to enjoy a lifetime of camping!

Daily Bible Study Time
Campers have the opportunity for daily Bible Study both in a group and personal setting. We present fun and challenging ways for campers to connect with God’s word.
